I enjoy the world of teaching, having taught around the world, and writing, assisting the research efforts of the School and participating in my profession as a member of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.

My research interests in human resources are in the areas of the evaluation of human resources, reward systems and the social impact of technology--including tele-work and distance learning. I am the co-author of several books and have written over 50 papers which have been published in journals such as Personnel Psychology, Personnel Management, International Journal of Management and the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences.

I have held senior management positions in several multinational corporations, including International Telephone and Telegraph and Urwick International as well as consulting for a wide variety of organizations around the world. I am currently the Southwest Director on the board of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO) and Past President of the local Windsor Chapter of this Association, as well as being an active member in various Canadian Human Resource Associations .
