Full refunds will be issued for cancellations up to June 18, 2005. Refunds of 50% will be issued prior to July 16, 2005. There will be no refunds after July 16, 2005 however you may transfer your registration fee to a colleague. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
