Locations in the Law Library

The following details the main locations codes, indicating the types of books and the call numbers held.
Location codes are important in Voyager in determining the circulation periods.
For shelvers permanent location codes (but not Temporary location codes) appear above the call numbers and assist in proper shelving of the book so that it can be found. In the OPAC (computer catalog) the location codes for the Law Library indicate the floor on which the books are found. Knowledge of locations helps in understanding the Law Library.
