    Abbotsford, B.C.- Ryan McKenzie continues to improve upon his personal best times in high-calibre races in anticipation of this year's Olympic Trials to be held in Victoria July 9-11. With his latest 1500m performance at the Abbotsford International Track Classic held June 26, he's shaved two and half seconds off his time to be even closer to the automatic Olympic qualifying standard of 3:36.     Hillsdale, MI - The Windsor Lancers opened their outdoor campaign with a bang this past weekend at the Hillsdale Relays in Hillsdale, Michigan.     Italy - Another impressive showing by the Lancers, this time at the 14th World University Cross Country Championship in Collegno, Italy.
