MBA PROGRAM

The Odette School of Business has a variety of graduate program offerings designed to appeal to students with many years of experience as well as ones who have recently graduated from an undergraduate program. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program has an integrated curriculum that combines lectures, case studies, computer simulations, and presentations to prepare students for success in the workplace. This program provides a solid grounding in the fundamental areas of business activity as well as providing up-to-date coverage of the newest business advances. Taught by an outstanding, internationally trained faculty, Odette MBA students graduate with the knowledge, skills and abilities that help them achieve leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. Our mission is to become a leader in developing managerial skills in students who will be able to think and act strategically in a global context, will value diversity, and will deal effectively with ethical, technological and environmental considerations.

WEEKEND MBA FOR MANAGERS & PROFESSIONALS


The MBA for Managers and Professionals has been structured to allow full-time working managers and professionals to earn their MBA while maintaining their employment. For non-business students the program can be completed in 22 months on alternating weekends and in 10 months for recent B.Comm graduates. Students must have at least three years of full-time work experience to be admitted to the program. We are now recruiting for September 2008 entry.

In addition to our Windsor program, we are currently recruiting applicants for our University of Windsor Weekend MBA for Managers & Professionals at Conestoga College. Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning is located in Kitchener, Ontario. All classes will offer face-to-face instruction. We are currently accepting applications for September 2008. The Weekend MBA program is offered by the Centre for Executive Education through the
Odette School of Business.

MASTER'S IN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

International Accounting and Finance Stream

The objective of this program is to earn a Master of Management with a focus on International Accounting and Finance. Students from abroad will study and live in Canada for approximately 12 months. This program includes 12 courses that are taken over a one year time period. This will prepare graduates for leadership positions within the accounting and finance industries. After the first term of the program is completed, students will go on to take common core courses, as well as courses within the International Accounting and Finance stream. A mandatory six week to eight week orientation to Canada and intensive English language training will take place prior to commencement of the program. This program will be offered by the Centre for Executive Education through the Odette School of Business.

Manufacturing Management Stream

The objective of this program is to earn a Master of Management with a focus on Manufacturing Management. Students from abroad will study and live in Canada for approximately 12 months. This program includes 12 courses that are taken over a one year time period. This will prepare graduates for leadership positions within the manufacturing and automotive manufacturing sector. After the first term of the program is completed, students will go on to take common core courses, as well as courses within the Manufacturing Management stream. A mandatory six week to eight week orientation to Canada and intensive English language training will take place prior to commencement of the program. This program will be offered by the Centre for Executive Education through the Odette School of Business.
